When a friend asks if you have your passport ready for a spontaneous all expenses paid trip to Thailand, the answer is always yes. With only a few ground rules set which included saying yes to any adventurous activities which we were presented with, we were on our way! Beyond the beauty of this lush landscape, The food was high on our favorites which resulted in us taking a Thai cooking class before leaving.
